Max Easley
Chief Executive Officer
A native-born Alaskan, Max Easley has over thirty years of experience as an energy executive, balanced between domestic and international experience in the upstream industry. Over the course of his career, Max has held executive roles at BP, Apache Corporation and PETRONAS. Max has considerable technical and financial leadership skills that have yielded material value growth and differentiated competitive results everywhere he has been.
Max graduated from the University of Alaska in 1991 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Following his early days as an engineer on the North Slope of Alaska, he moved to the North Sea where he held a variety of operating and financial leadership roles. Following his subsequent time as CFO of BP Trinidad and Tobago, he returned to BP Alaska as SVP of Resource Management. Max joined Apache Corporation in 2016, became President of their Permian business in Midland Texas, and then SVP of Global Production in Houston. Max joined PETRONAS in 2022 as COO of their unconventional Montney gas business. Over the past decade, Max has become a recognized industry leader in the capital efficient appraisal, development and operations of unconventional assets in North America.
Erich Krumanocker

Erich brings over 25 years of global experience in development and production delivery. Beginning his career as a Petroleum Engineer with BP plc on Alaska’s North Slope, Erich gained extensive expertise across the North Sea, Azerbaijan, and the U.S., culminating as VP of Global Production and Operations. Most recently, he served as a Partner at Microsoft, driving digital transformation in the manufacturing and energy sectors. Erich’s primary focus will be on the development and expansion of Pantheon’s hydrocarbon resource base.

Tony Beilman has 40+ years’ experience drilling / completions experience. Phillips Petroleum, David Arrington Oil & Gas, Novus Petroleum & Foreland Operating Company. Barnett Shale, Eagleford, Marcellus and Midland Basin operations.
Pat Galvin
Chief Commercial Director / General Counsel Alaska
Pat Galvin is the former Alaska State Commissioner of Revenue, Former Petroleum Land Manager for the Alaska Dept of Natural Resources, overseeing the State’s oil and gas leasing program. Former partner at K&L Gates
Justin Hondris
Senior Vice President for Finance and International Investment
Justin Hondris has over 15 years’ experience in public company management in the upstream oil and gas sector and has wide ranging experience in corporate finance, private equity and capital markets in the UK and abroad. Prior to Pantheon, Justin held a senior position in the private equity sector where he gained valuable experience in both investment and exit strategies for growth companies.

Tralisa brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience across the energy and electric vehicle sectors. She held the role of Chief Financial Officer at LiveWire Group Inc., and served as CFO, Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at CGX Energy Inc., where she was instrumental in corporate governance, investor relations, and strategic planning. Her earlier roles include senior finance leadership at Remora Energy and over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Audit Manager. Tralisa is a chartered accountant (UK) and licensed CPA in Texas.
